I'd argue that introducing a minimum wage is both toxic and detrimental to the free market economy as it contributes towards inflation. I'd also argue that a contract of employment is agreed between the employer and the employee and therefore not the job of government to interfere in a mutual agreement. If an employee has agreed to a certain wage term that's where it ends. I can't abide interfering nanny state socialism poking it's fucking nose into private citizen's private affairs.
