I saw them years ago at the Swan in Stockwell; The Irish Connotations. They were shit.

Blimey, The Swan. That takes me back. Is it still there?

Not sure. I keep away from Stockwell. Two many Portuguese.

It's difficult to forget the state of the red carpet. It was also becoming a bar for the darkies. The Queens Head in Brixton had the occasional decent band, as did of The Half Moon in Herne Hill and of course Brixton Academy, and The Fridge before it was taken over by benders. It used to be further down the road when I used it. Happy Days!

Not forgetting the Hootenanny. Saw Bad Manners there.

Funny isn't it how some folks end up.  Buster BV is now Bubba C.

Is that the name of the pub or is your friend called Two Necks? Was his ancestors Comanche?

I was asked to leave The Earl Of Crewe because I asked about the rats in the cellar and I was also once asked toleave The Broughton Arms in Haslington because they thought that I had, had "too much to drink".
