Keeping people in a persistant vegative state alive by artificial means

An interesting case in France and a self cotradictory response by the pope "

Before the latest court ruling, Pope Francis had weighed in in favour of keeping Mr Lambert alive.

"Let us always safeguard life, God's gift, from its beginning until its natural end. Let us not give in to a throwaway culture," the pontiff said.

Surely if nature had been allowed to take its course the man would have died a natural death anyway?

Mr. Lambert has got his Butler to look after him.

You mean 'In a coma'?  If you'd have put that, I wouldn't have to waste more time reading your original title. I would have more time to do things. Rather like shortening Emmerdale Farm. Bare that in mind next time. Those carpets wont Shake and Vac themselves tou know.

Have you given any consideration to your own vegetative state you cabbage?

The Pope can go and fuck himself.

Being in a vegetative state I cannot make that decision for myself .. are you a friend of the pope?

It seems that now you are in a vegetative state that you have over achieved and can only regress from now on. Why not go out at the top? Please signal with your eyebrow to the next person who comes in to laugh at you, that you would like them to pull the plug.     (That’s the electrical plug not the one up your butt)  Fuck Off  lol

The pope is the head of the worlds largest organised paedophile ring. He should be lynched in a live television spectacular..

Yeah it's a bloody disgrace!

Much better to do it by non-artificial means like smashing them over the head with a oak cudgel, Ted Bundy-style!

That would probably be their choice as well. Much like terminal patients who aren't allowed the comfort and dignity of a medically assisted end to suffering, and instead are left in pain to starve and dehydrate to death over a couple of weeks, when treatment is withdrawn.

All thanks to Sky fairy religious influence. About time we started treating those with imaginary friends as mentally ill, and stopped allowing them to influence societal and political decisions.

Next you'll be telling us that Joan of Arc didn't get visits from the saints rather she had epilepsy.

Are you feeling all right, Pen? You've only made thirty posts since yesterday, and at one point went almost three hours with no output at all.
