Next time any of you cunts hears this Lame Stream news being reported and aired on bollox TV just ask yourself the following questions.   Back in January when this became apparent the NHS management who ORDER equipment did what?  Fuck all, that’s what because it would possibly make Boris look bad.  Either that or the NHS staff were just fucking incompetent.   It’s a tactic employed in Scotland by Wee Jimmy Crankie.... run everything like shit into the ground....despite being in control of things... then blame it on the Government and Boris.  To score points.

I can buy that Pen. GPs are now interrogated by cunts in the NHS trust as to why they prescribed drug A and not drug B as drug A is more expensive than drug B. Drs who have been GPs for years are actually leaving the NHS because they don't like being told what to prescribe by fresh out if uni pharmacists.

One former GP I know said that the reason he gave up was that he had accountants telling him that he should using drug X rather than drug Y  was that although drug Y was much more effective drug X was two thirds the price of drug Y and that it was more cost effective in the long term to let a small percentage (about 15%) more patients to die. He said what was missed was that by using drug Y all the patients actually had a better quality of life.

Correct. I well remember trying not to lamp some spotty youth they sent out to tell me that from now on I needed to notify the CCG whenever I prescribed Ciprofloxacin, as my practice was 14% above what the algorithm said we should be prescribing. My reply, that he could stick his spreadsheet up his arse, didn’t go down well and no doubt was added to ze file. No such problems here in Oz, the place is knee deep in UK Docs and Nurses who do what they are trained to and sleep soundly.
