My prob is, I cannot sleep during the day (least of all in this weather) and so I get overtired and its one big vicious circle, not helped by my meds either. Not even a shag knocks me out. A bottle of scotch does the trick and/or several Diazepam, but I don't drink at all now and my stock of tabs is dire... blahh blahh blahh.
