The Biscuit Problem

The girl in the picture is Jessica Thom and she writes a blog on a website called Tourettes hero. Jessica has an uncontrollable urge to say the word "biscuit" quite a lot. Sometimes as often as 16BPM (biscuits per minute) She also repeatedly punches herself in the chest and wears knee pads to protect herself from what she calls "chaotic walking". Reading about her I can't help but like the woman. She does bring quite a lot of humour to the already unintentionally comical condition of Tourettes syndrome. I was tempted to work a joke into this nomination, along the lines of "that just takes the fucking biscuit" but I got distracted by a packet of hobnobs.
