CCArchive
In Chester, a person is permitted to shoot a Welshman with a bow and arrow, as long as he is inside the city walls after midnight. You would think that this is an urban myth but it seems that this law has never been repealed. Having done a spot of lazy research on it I can neither prove nor disprove it. I find this to be a cunt because I have never murdered anyone before and a proviso that I can do so albeit within a very specific city and as long as they are welsh seems an ideal way to give it a go. No doubt if i did, my "Never been repealed" defence would get brushed aside by an irate prosecution spitting "Superseded" with a sibilant hiss.
