NO! You Cunts ! its not a gesture of good will! Its my lawful right for a refund as your product was crap OR YOU made a fucking cock up with my account! Have the guts to apologise and then refund MY MONEY. Any gesture of good will means you then compensate me further with an all in paid world cruise on the QM2. Cunts!!!
