Horrible badly behaved little shits dragged up by slaggy irresponsible mothers,provided with excuses by a bunch of self interested cunts. Challenging Behaviour Syndrome, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia,Tourettes Syndrome,Autism, Aspergers Syndrome--whatever--just make it up as you go along. This bollocks feeds the careers of thousands of "experts" and a whole army of well meaning but totally misled classroom assistants. All paid for by you.
