These bastards get awarded every government outsourcing deal going. If Whitehall put "Being huge cunts" out to tender these insidious turds would be first to apply. They run the TV licence collection system, the one where they show ads saying "all uk addresses are in our database" and implying that if you've got an address then you must have a licence. They just assume you're "guilty" of owning a telly and you have prove you're innocent! The lying fuckers will happily stand on your doorstep and tell you they have the right to come in or get the police to help them get in, both not true - they need a court order first. I absolutely hate these cunts and everything they stand for.
