CCArchive Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 Way back at the start of the millennium mobile phone companies entered an auction and race to be the first to offer 3g. 5 years and 6 billion quid later Vodafone actually managed to provide a service, although not in this neck of the woods. At this time I was an employee of Vodafone building the radio base stations to provide this. This was about the same time everyone started complaining about the progressively poor service the networks were delivering. This was due to the fuckers nicking channels from the old system to use in the 3g. Low and behold we now have the advent of 4g and the service is yet again fucked, I use O2 and personally I am thinking of changing to two tin cans and a piece of string. Quote
