For being a tyrannical cunt of the highest order. Fucked his own sister and pimped her out for other men, had people executed when he was bored. There was one incident during a Gladiator match, where he ordered an entire section of the crowd be thrown in to the arena, who were eaten by animals. He also deliberately wasted money on vanity projects, such as constructing a statue of himself inside the temple of Jerusalem while the people starved. Oh. and he appointed his horse to be his consul, and I'm only scratching the surface as to why this guy is an utter cuntbag.
