These festering bags of dog shite are ruining our beautiful hedgerows. Why would anyone think it is acceptable to pick up their dog's faeces (biodegradable) and hang it from a tree in a plastic bag (non biodegradable)? Maybe they think it will turn into White dog shit in the Autumn time. I hear there is an individual here, who would pay good money for a white dog shit, tree.
