Well that's ok then - all the lifestyle choice cunts can continue to stuff shite into the hole in thier fat fucker faces safe in the knowledge that the NHS [or what's left of it} will pick up the tab {why not offer cosmetic surgery at the same time then the cunts can emerge looking like kylie fucking minogue]. Meanwhile thousands of cancer, leukaemia and disabled patients are left to sort themselves out.
