Meanwhile somewhere there is a mental institution in which there is a gentleman who ran amok in Exeter early last year and killed three elderly men, Interestingly at his trial he was found not guilty on the basis that he way insane at the time he killed the three elderly men .. in his case three three killings were actually not a single random act but were two acts several hours apart. In this case there is a very real chance that in a few years time some professionals will find that he is no longer a danger to the public and he will be released. Out of interest the gentleman who killed the pensioners is a an upper middle class polo player who had a public school education. There was some very brief hand wringing and lessons will be learned after he was found not guilty and discharged to a mental institution but since then utter silence .. no hoards of investigative journalist and no one taking a knee for the three elderly victims.
