It is standard to set a minimum term for life sentences. Minimum for murder is usually 14 years. The only situation where remission is given for Minimum sentences are cases where the offender was aged below 21 at the ime of the offence .. that is why the Bulgar killers were released early. And Thompson and Venables release went well didn't it. Both little cunts released young and given privileged lifestyles, houses to live in and decent jobs handed to them on a plate. Not to mention the freedom to continue their perverse habits. It's as if they've been rewarded for murdering a child. Normal, decent law abiding cunts don't get handed those advantages in life... The establishment certainly look after the sickos and perverts better than the rest of us. Almost as if they are members of the same club.

Yes but still set at the 16 years minimum, so the only remission might be move to open prison and allowed to go outside vistis from around 6 years from now. Yes...that appears to be how it has been set for him. But that is unusual for a Manslaughter sentence. However, it was an unusual case, to say the least! ChildeHarold
She clearly had the "It's All Men's Fault" lobby grinding away 24 hours a day to show leniency. Now this is my challenge to you Find out the contact details of the Parole Board (not clear) Find out all the information THEY NEED in order to process your enquiry Pursue the enquiry with a follow up after being fobbed off initially Blah blah blah... Write to your MP who redirects your complaint to a minisyer you never heard of and who doesn't reply

The Parole Board is so fucking busy processing applications for clemency, early release, etc from inmates and their tribes they haven't the will or the manpower to deal with general enquiries or complaints from Joe Public.
