Hotel and prob all swimming pools open (for the property market) Quadruple the local population wiith bicket and spade tourism. Run cap on hand to Brussels for emergency environmental crisis money. Start planning to IMPORT fresh water by tanker from abroad. Build two new fossil fuelled desalinisation plants one at Marbella and one in the east of Andalucia.
