Indeed. The owners of CC and the mods have decided that Frank and Punkape be permanently banned for flagrant breech of multi ID rules (for they are both the same) and blatant trolling despite numerous requests to use the site for which it was intended. In due course all content posted by the individual will be removed.

As far as I recall, a punter who had been around for years suddenly appeared as Patel. When it was made clear that wasn't going to work he went away and reappeared as Brony. Some people realised for what it was, others didn't.

Ok, Fatty's catchphrase was getting tedious which meant that he hit my radar. Closer examination revealed him to be a sock-puppet so I have banned the account pending termination. Use of multi-ID's is not allowed. Fatty's other handle can continue.
Due to an appeal from the "other account", I have unbanned Fatty though there are some restrictions for now.
