I'd be OK. I'm not rich.

Calling any criticism of Johnny Foreigner racism is a Marxist concept. Stopping people thinking what they believe is the first step in controlling their thoughts. I am only driven to racist thoughts by the presence of foreigners so racism is their fault.

Valid criticism is perfectly fine. I think we made it clear though that this is not the EDL forum, but if it wasn't clear enough let me make it clear now. If members want to post racist bollox I suggest they piss off and post it there, where no doubt it will be welcome. I'm increasingly unhappy with the way threads are being taken in that direction and it needs to stop or it will be stopped.

We shouldn't. The 'liberal' elite (BBC, The Guardian) has for decades championed immigration and pointed the finger at Britons (who have paid into the system) for being racist if they dare speak out against the left's migration demands.

Now, public services, the NHS being a good example, are suffering irreparably. Those in real need of our help ought to be vetted more carefully. Hopefully Brexit will be the vehicle that enables us to do this.

If it wasn't for immigration many parts of the NHS would fall apart, none more so than dentistry. I can't think of a single dentist who does NHS work where I live who is native British, all they seem interested in is a nice lucrative private practice. My current dentist is Indian, fortunately she's very good and does mostly NHS work.

No it's not. "We do not have the funds" they say, so why do they have the funds for foreigners?

The Tory government had the funds, but chose to give them to the highest earners in the form of a a tax cut, as I said it's a political choice. Actually if you really want to save huge amounts of taxpayers money and spend it on those who really need help in this country you could do worse than scrap the gigantic white elephant which is Trident. Our so-called "independent nuclear deterrent" is in reality very much controlled by the US and given that The White House is currently run by a President who seems to have difficulty in distinguishing between the responsibilities of high office and firing off juvenile rants on Twitter this might not be the greatest time to be America's nuclear launch pad in Europe.

  4. £50K per year sounds a lot, but given that there are just over 65 million of us that's just 0.08P per person. The fact that the government chooses to let the poor in this country live in squalid conditions whilst looking after the well off and turning a blind eye to high-earning tax dodgers is not related to refugees, it's a political choice. To imply that somehow British citizens are being deprived because the government is spending our money on refugees is bollox.

I always felt sorry for cleggy, having to sell his soul to the devil in the forlorn hope of influencing policy.

I don't. The Tories needed the Lib-Dems to prop them up, he could have demanded a much higher price but instead he facilitated Cameron and Osborne's cuts which targetted the poor and the sick at the same time as giving tax cuts to the highest earners. Not to mention reneging on his promise to oppose increases in student fees, voting instead with the Tories to triple them. The result is that he destroyed years of work by Ashdown and Kennedy to build the party up from a handful of MPs to a serious contender for power in the future. Now they are back to a handful of MPs and an irrelevance.

Snowflakes are on the run, europe will eventually reject this multicultural experiment, the normal working class man has had enough. Fuck immigrants i do not care a fuck about their sob stories. Housing shortage in the uk, nhs waiting lists through the roof, nhs postcode lottery for treatments for people who have paid in all their lives. It's  about time british people are the top of the list. Immigrants are not welcome, fuck off.

And people will once again no longer need to lock their doors at night, rosie-red cheeked children will play in the streets just like they did in the good old days and life will go back to being just like The Darling Buds Of May.

If any cunt thinks he is sticking a needle in my nads, he must have a fucking death wish.

That's probably why it's such an effective contraceptive, faced with the prospect of injecting your own balls with gel makes the alternative of a nice cup of tea surprisingly attractive.

I mean this with respect, Rick: if ever I had to choose those from CC with whom I would go into battle, you would be pretty fucking far down the list. Grow some balls.

I'm sure you will find a number of brave and courageous warriors here to go into battle with, although you do realise that it will be from behind a keyboard.

Don't be silly, Eddie. As Rick says, a real migraine is '...a couple of hours of visual disturbance a bit like seeing a bright zig-zag fluorescent sign when I close my eyes, followed by a mild headache.'

In some cases yes, but it can be far worse and extremely debilitating. I didn't mean to imply that it was always mild.

  11. The targetting of Abbott is highly selective. Let's look at Cameron, he triggered this thing not in the interest of democracy but to get UKIP and the Tory Eurosceptics off his back. He promised that if Leave won he would trigger Article 50 the next day, because he believed the result was a forgone conclusion. Unfortunately he botched it and when it went horribly wrong he bottled out and ran for the hills.

Regarding Migraine, it's a very variable condition. Yes it can be extremely debilitating, but it's not always the case. I get it, but I'm very lucky that it doesn't happen often and when it does it's just a couple of hours of visual disturbance a bit like seeing a bright zig-zag fluorescent sign when I close my eyes, followed by a mild headache.

  12. To be honest I'm a bit suspicious too, although she's not someone who normally ducks a fight. I do understand her dilemma though and that of many Labour Party MPs, vote for Article 50 even though you don't agree with it or be accused of ignoring the choice of the electorate to leave the EU. Rock/hard place.

Tracy Ulman does a good Sturgeon.

I watched a bit of The One Show tonight and the Sturgeon impression was uncanny. If I didn't know it wasn't her it would have probably fooled me.
