Treats his employees like crap. Blames everyone else for his own mistakes and bad judgement. Likes to reduce his employees to tears. Fires people instead of making them redundant if he thinks he can get away with it. Lives in a huge mansion while employees get no pay rise (some of them for 11 years). Constantly criticises and belittles employees (often in fron of others). Gets a kick out of emotional abuse of employees. Bullies people around him. Throws tantrums at the slightest provocation.
