Useless against our current pyjama wearing foes living in disgusting hovels in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bradford. To a squaddie, these messianic toothless sons of dogs are indistinguishable from civilian messianic toothless sons of dogs, so what fucking chance does a drone have?
