Possibly the biggest of the Las Vegas whales, Packer put the living shits up the Vegas casino whenever he rolled into town. An abrasive personality and an indomitable will, saw Packer become a millionaire and then a billionaire. The Packer empire grew and his gambling habits grew with it. One memorable packer moment occurred during a poker game in a Vegas casino. A particularly loud mouth Texan was bragging his wealth whilst Packer was listening. Packer enquired how much the Texan was worth, the Texan said 60 million. Packer nonchalantly took a coin from his pocked and said "Toss for it?"
