CCArchive Posted August 16, 2014 Report Share Posted August 16, 2014 An utterley incompetant imbicile who has allowed murderers to run amok in the home counties, no attempts at crime prevention, he just lets dozens of murders take place and leaves the population at large unprotected, whilst he ponces around with his gay sidekick pretending to investigate them.
