They only put them in places where the alkies gather so they can pick on an easy target, pathetic cunts who aren't going to tell the coppers to fuck off. Every other fucker drinking in the street, effing and jeffing and chucking their cans all over the shop is just ignored. Personally i would rather see a Controlled Eating Zone where anyone eating some takeaway shit and throwing the resulting litter all over the fucking street gets their bollocks cut off so they can't produce yet more fat disgusting ill mannered bastards.
