As far as yank gangster epics go, I prefer the 90's contributions from Martin Scorsese and Brian De Palma, Goodfellas, Casino and Carlitos way stand out for me. As for Brando getting chinned, we can only hope. I remember that Oliver Reed got a crack on the chin from Henry Cooper, who was brought in to film a gentlemans boxing contest in a period drama in the late 70's, Ollie reed decided to try his luck by giving Cooper a real shot in the face and our 'Enry responded by sending the fat cunt 6 feet across the room and through the front of an Edwardian bookcase, leaving him dribbling on the floor for a few minutes. Unfortunately the cameras weren't rolling, so no footage exists.
