Bus Banks.

The aptly-named 'Bus Banks' are raking in the cash for Local Authorities. I'd never even heard of these cunts until yesterday, and by all accounts neither have Driver Training Schools, or your average knowledgeable driver who know the Highway Code back to front. The first time that you're likely to learn about Bus Banks, is when a £100 fine gets shoved through your box. Apparently (as I'm still as yet to see one of the poxy things) a Bus Bank, is a box which is painted on the road 'near' or 'close to' traffic lights. If your motor is stationary within the Bus Bank, then you get nicked. There are no signs to make you aware of a Bus Bank, and no authority has issued anybody with this 'new' implementation which has already coined-in an estimated £3.6m for Ipswich County Council, alone. To justify a Bank Bank, the councils are proclaiming that all of the money is ploughed-back to repair our roads... Like fuck, it is, and besides, I've better things to spend a Ton on, than some other cunts poxy street.
