I think you have to identify the real dregs like the Rumanians and Albanians who were fucking recognised even in Cold War days as the thieving shite of Europe. Everywhere these cunts go, they rob, pilfer, usually with the potential to violence in order to get away, and generally live like cockroaches below the radar using false documents and identities as they have rap sheets as long as your arm. These are the cunts I am NOT talking about. They should be banned just on the basis of nationality. However, some of the jetsam that arrives on our beaches could be put to good use working for a considerable period to earn whatever temporary visa or residency the govt feels fit to bestow on them. Part of this supervised probation where they are very slowly allowed into the community might comprise English language and classes how to inyegrate into British society. Of course all this requires INVESTMENT and we all know the proper investment in people over and above the ve the basic minimum to get them elected our government will not do. That's why national servce has never been maintained or developed in the UK as it has in Germany and Scandinavia - no funding/no interest in paying for it. That's why a fucking "conscription" scheme isn't viable. If it ever was it would be as cheap as chips back to basics primitive philistine system echoing the 1950s that even our armed services wouldn't want. The reality of life in Britain is untapped energy and initiative at every level due to fucking lethargy, poverty of money and ideas. It's a dead end situation.
