  1. Not at all, just speaking from experience. Police frequently abuse dispersal orders and seem to misunderstand what constitutes "disturbing the peace".
  2. There was a time when I wasn't a mod. As expected, the usual suspects crawled out of the woodwork sniffing a kill. I survived.
  3. I haven't advocated putting political correctness before patient health and care. I will query a punter's motivation behind a POV though.
  4. Probably not, but some police officers take advantage of the average citizens ignorance of their rights.
  5. Let me help you out with some recommended reading, Punkers...
  6. Lets' see now, white doctor/nurse should only treat their own people? TBH, I have difficulty understanding northern English and Glaswegian accents. You also have a history of using racially pejorative terms at every opportunity.
  7. The arrest was illegal as the situation did not meet the requirements of The Police & Criminal Evidence Act S24 SS5. I imagine the custody sergeant realised this and had Ms Moloney released pronto as the police should have sent a letter inviting her to a voluntary interview.
  8. I don't think this qualifies as a race issue. However there are some serious questions that do not seem to have been raised by news item. Ignore the IOPC as they have proven to be whitewashing quango. Firstly, the police should not have been removed Ms Moloney's phone/camera until she had been formerly arrested. Most seriously, the article said that the police went to Ms Moloney's home for the purpose of arresting her. The article does not say if the police were investigating a summary or an indictable offence. If it was the former then the police cannot travel to a suspect's home with the express purpose of arresting him/her without a signed warrant. As the police have also ignored their own policy and procedures the complaint needs to be investigated preferably by way of a judicial review. Ms Moloney has a good case for pursuing a civil lawsuit.
  9. With the benefit of hindsight it was a preposterous idea as you have difficulty walking and chewing at the same time.
  10. You were last warned on the 5th March about derailing new threads, yet still you persist. Take a rest for 2 days, do it again and you'll be off-site for two weeks.

TBH I had a problem with your question which was formulated on information from a "friend" who despite being "cagey" nevertheless proffered an opinion based on little substance. As I understand it, intelligence-led policing by the uniformed service is increasingly reliant on signal eavesdropping and interception especially with regards to national security matters. Perhaps your friend is out of the loop and is a smaller cog than he wishes to intimate. As for Ms Begum, I would have thought that her de-radicalisation regime would be more intensive and controlled than the norm. All of this is somewhat moot now that a politically ambitious Home Secretary, with an eye on his party's leadership decided to illegally make a British citizen stateless for no reason other than political expediency in sating the knee-jerk demands of the torch and pitchfork brigade.
  13. Is your young lady friend aware of your milf fantasy?
  14. Since time began misery has been meted out where there are religious divisions. Witness the subjugation of the Rohingya in Myanmar and the little reported persecution of the muslim Uyghurs by China. As for your comment that "Islamic hierarchies don't even shrug...", I previously made a point that 70,000 Islamic clerics issued a fatwa against Isis, the Taliban and Al Qaeda. This was a seismic event that happened in 2015 yet there was scant reporting by the western press at the time.
  15. Even by your own normal trolling standards your nom is infantile to say the least. Consider this; Jihadist extremists slaughter Christians: Its the Muslims' fault. White supremacists slaughter Muslims: Its the Muslims' fault. @Earl of Punkape, I suggest you stay off this thread as so far your replies simply dig you into a hole of your own making.

Good question. Let me say I have a jaundiced view of police officers, especially the uniformed branch. Full of ideals and good intentions at passing out parades, they nevertheless quickly forget the attestation they swear especially with regards to the bit where he/she promises to carry out their duties with "impartiality" and "equal respect to all people". That said, the police are clearly overstretched, underfunded and are often called out to deal with situations that should be dealt with by mental health professionals. The "Prevent" campaign is controversial and possibly not as effective as it should be but mass internment or expulsion is not a viable option either. "Prevent" can and does produce results and there are documented cases where extremists are bought to the authorities attention by the Muslim community as a result. My own experience of Muslims in the workplace has always been positive.
  17. In a total conventional war fought globally, its essentially a question of attrition - who will run out of assets first? Clearly the UK would. This underlines the point of NATO.
  18. Accepting that this is a hypothetical situation but comparing the UK's and France's military abilities in a confined bust up is like comparing apples and pears, both sides have different strengths and weaknesses but together it would constitute a formidable fighting force. The UK has the more advanced air force but France has a greater long range SAM capability but is weaker in short range SAM's. France has more troops and a paramilitary force but cant match the UK in quality of training, organisation ability and logistics. France has far more tanks but is lacking in tracked armoured vehicles compared to the UK. I can go on, but its essentially a pointless exercise.

I believe the Kurdish Red Crescent issued a death certificate after the child died from pneumonia at its hospital. Ms Begum at 15 was, I suspect, vulnerable and as a consequence, a prime candidate for radicalisation. Her Mother (of whom she was very close) had recently died from cancer and her father had remarried with unseemly haste. One thing for sure is that whoever took advantage and brain-washed this girl is still in the UK and needs to be found. This young lady is a mine of information and needs to be debriefed, de-radicalised and put through the justice system, so it beggars belief that steps are taken that makes this impossible.

Yes, we used to have quite a few on the old posting board, mainly from "revenge" noms of people who were not in the public eye. That's almost unheard of now due in part to Rule 1 but also to fairly swift Mod actions.
  21. Am thinking of putting some new ones on housewifebootycall.com, for the older, more discerning gent.
  22. Ah yes, you did say your employers swapped some assets for B shares. Their overstated value has been the firm's undoing. Never mind, the utterly worthless paper will be shunted off to a newly formed toxic asset vehicle together with the personnel records of some old fart who apparently doesn't use computers in his line of his work. Well done you for recently passing the cycle proficiency test. Do you still have the stabilisers attached?
