  1. In case you haven't noticed, shit fer brains, this a forum - everyone can join in the discourse.
  2. The pic is in one of the gallery threads. It was my works vehicle, a Mercedes E220. Lovely car, very quiet, superlative ride comfort and the 9 speed was the smoothest auto I've driven. I don't wish to appear churlish but I never warmed to the car - it was a mite to big, a bit skittish on frosty and wet roads and above all, it was an old man's car. I normally drive Audi's but was seduced by the three pointed star. Thankfully I now drive an Audi S5 Sportback Quattro and it's brilliant.
  3. She technically won, but and its a big but, she had more than a third of the parliamentary party vote against her and more worryingly, more than half of back bench MP's expressed "no confidence" against her. Far from splitting its sides, EU 27 will be concerned as the threat of a "no deal" Brexit has increased significantly. The last time a British PM was denied concessions by the EU resulted in the voting out of Europe...
  4. Thank you kindly for your concern. In the highly unlikely event I meet up with any punter, rest assured I am extremely security conscious and do not take unnecessary risks with my personal safety.
  5. We could amend and adapt the punkape.exe control order I suppose. Let see how it goes.
  6. My interest in Brexit does not extend to having it used to derail fresh noms. Desist please.
  7. That's very kind, Panzy - these days I pop over to either Dublin or Belfast 2-4 times a year, usually just for the day. I never have alcohol in my coffees.
  8. No apologies for part enabling a subject which has gripped the country. I enjoy the Brexit debate or would you rather I enable middle-aged male punters discussing more manly subjects such as cocks, spunk and male arseholes? Perhaps you would prefer that I enable a further 150 idiotic pages and 3,800 meaningless posts on Flidspack? As for Brexit and the poisonous leprechaun, I'll continue to pull him up on his bollox.
  9. The UK should have walked in 1975 but the country was lied to by the political class. Boris's "£350 Million for the NHS" was a little white lie compared to the farrago of falsehoods spewed by the political leadership 43 years ago.
  10. Clearly, members of Los Paranios know more than the CC Moderation Service does. Who are the Multi-ID's that we keep hearing about and which are their sock-puppets? Its in all our interests that the puntership is made aware together with any credible evidence that would support the allegations.
  11. One of the reasons you get so many peoples backs up is that you repeat the same bollox. Just to be clear Panzy, the UK is not being "booted out", on the contrary The EU has been trying very hard to retain a major world player who's citizens voted to leave the money and sovereignty grasping Project Europe.
  12. @Kunte Kinte, Good news, I can think of a prediction, the bad news is that it will happen at the tail end of 2018 and that you will not like it. Cease this nonsense now please.
  13. Ah yes, shrill voices banging on about the "people's vote" aka "the losers' vote".
  14. Before I append this year's seasonal offering a punter PM'd me and asked if I could re-post last year's Xmas vid, so here it is, This remains one of my fav vids not least for the quirky instrumental arrangement, in fact I'm rather taken by the whole package - not bad for what is essentially a student project.
  15. I would contend that the EU debacle was created by eurocrats ignoring UK voters' fears about loss of sovereignty and the way euroregs were unnecessarily intruding in all aspects of the British psyche and a way of life that has evolved over two millennia. Incidentally, I would suggest you rely on informed analysis rather than Remainer press Op Eds (The Russian owned Independent is particularly bad) with regards to Norway. Some Norwegian politicians (mainly opposition MP's) are wary of UK EFTA membership as they are fearful that Britain's position as the world's fifth/sixth largest economy would secure better terms with the EU than Norway could ever hope for.
  16. Why do you assume I'm in the UK? Public enquiry, eh? How many people were hurt when one of your buildings collapsed? Have you been asked to bring along your Chartership certificate for scrutiny?
  17. The whole reason your EU paymasters are vexed is that they've been trying to block the exit door, not push the UK out. Now they're in a gamesmanship scenario that they created yet nobody wanted - a clean hard Brexit!
  18. If system did not auto-link the account when you prefixed the handle with an @ , you can assume that person has departed.
  19. If you chose to read my post I actually hadn't expressed any personal opinion for you to disagree with. FWIW I don't condone senseless "gay bashing" or malicious homophobia. That said, I think the gay pride message is overstated in Europe and North America as there is sufficient anti-discrimination legislation in place.
  20. Can we avoid derailing this thread for the moment? Is this heavy handed political correctness in action or are football clubs responding to long overdue awareness in combating prejudice and bigotry?
  21. Maybe, but we both know your "method" doesn't exist. You think in straight lines which is a bit of a give away...
  22. In a list of intellectually impotent blow-hards, then yes. He's a bit of a Mitty as well, though not in Sean's league.
