I have no words to describe the utter nightmare that their website is. There are more layers of security than the fucking pentagon! I spent half an hour trying to buy two tickets for two different shows before I realised that I would have to go through the whole fucking process twice! Why have a fucking basket and a fucking checkout if I have to buy every item individually? Wouldn't work in fucking Tesco would it? Then I realised why!
