Apparently there are millions of litres of the stuff as it has been over produced by greedy farmers and guess what...the economics of supply and demand has resulted in a downward spiral in the price. Well here's a fucking clever solution just produce enough to create an artificial demand. If its good enough for OPEC its good enough for the Milk Marketing Board.
