Rather than enjoying the weather and ultimately their final years on this earth doing something interesting they have clad themselves in hi-viz jackets and are pointing their silly little speed gun at anything that dares move more than a snails pace. "Oh Alan that butterfly looks like he going fast" "Quick Derek, point you gun at the little blighter" - Apparently if they catch you speeding they cant do fuck all except tell the Police who then send you a stern telling off in a letter.
