Some go to extremes of having all of their teeth removed so that they can suck the snot from their nose (check the one in a blue coat, bemused at the sight of her Mum, at Madame Tussaud's) whilst ALL of them have their heads shoved through cock rings and look like they are either being fucked up the fudge-box with a bargepole or dumping-off like a Rhino.
