The gross and net proceeds of the charge, any VAT in the gross proceeds, 3.What was done with the proceeds from the charge. 4. Getting expert advice administering donations to good causes. Supermakets dont want to charge, it's more cost than profit , the government don't profit, charities are the only winner, and of course the environment. Whats not to like ?
