Dorset county council called a state of emergency at the time and said that their emergency services were overwhelmed. Well Mark Woolhouse a professor and member of SAGE has told a commons comittee this week that not one single case of Covid 19 can be traced back to any of these gatherings. The MSM have been pretty quiet about this. Now I’m sure these ‘scientists’ are much cleverer than me, but it appears to a layman like myself that a worst case scenario prediction of 59000 which turned out to be an actual figure of zero tends to confirm that the actual ‘Covidiots’ are the SAGE cunts who seem to have been our actual government by proxy for the last year. No defendant can be cross examined unless they opt to give evidence voluntarily. The prosecution must prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. The defendant does not have to prove innocence. Although this cunt is without doubt a piece of shit he does still have the right to due process and so he should, just like every other accused. Otherwise the state can just arrest, try and convict any of us at will. That is the worst of all worlds and not something that a civilised country should ever be allowed to inflict on it’s citizens. Everyone is entitled to equal and fair justice, no matter how fucking abominable the accusations against them.

There’s nothing new about defendants refusing to appear in court. They can be tried in their absence, convicted and sentenced. The defence counsel are trying to gain a bit of sympathy for the verminous cunt. It normally has the opposite effect. Why waste time and money transporting the slag to and from prison anyway?
