Not being funny, but if you work for 5 years less than a man, get a year off for each child born, right to flexitime, right to an equal pension... as infinitum, why the fuck should you get the same money as the man in the same job. You cannot have the same level of experience and thus do not command the same wage. Some tiresome militant lezza will likely disagree though.
