It sure is, his average in the nine innings he has batted is 12.77. Our spinner has played two less innings and scored more than double. He must be the thickest twat ever to captain England, who thinks fields are for keeping cows in! Compare him to Illingworth or Brearly! Lyth is just another example of a reasonable standard county class batsman, great against plain unvarnished bowling, but the change in International standard revealed his obvious natural limitations. Same goes for Bairstow too. It's the selector's fault, but in fairness until new players cross the threshold you never really know how they will perform? From what I have seen, both sides are as shit as each other. The difference between the sides was Stuart Broad's bowling spell. I did notice the criminals didn't have their usual arrogance and over confidence. They knew they were shit, unlike England who think they won this series because they were better when clearly they were not.That 8/15 spell won England the series and was the difference between the sides in all five tests I agree.
