They're not on the list though, are they? Visa requirements aside, the three countries I mentioned were not part of Trump's list of seven countries that would have their citizens barred from obtaining entry to the United States. That they are not covered by the visa waiver programme is neither here nor there, and has nothing to do with my original question.

So again, if the reason isn't political or influenced by his business interests, why weren't they included?

Did you show a similar degree of contempt for Obama when he ordered the bombing of numerous Muslim countries during his tenure?

Wolfie, do you actually read anyone's posts before dishing out wild accusations? This is the second time in the past few day's that you've jumped to conclusions. Think before posting.

I'm no Obama fan, as I've said on this very thread. Sorry that doesn't fit your stereotype of a so-called liberal.

Probably because he (Obama) is even more of a despicable cunt than Trump. I'm no Obama fan, if anything I hate him more as he has been portrayed as some sort of messiah figure, purely based upon his race and not his actual achievements.

There's no need to apologise, Decimus. My accusation was hardly 'wild'. It was a very straightforward question which warranted a straightforward answer.

Since I've been posting on CC, I've seen you attack Trump time and again. Not so much with Obama, or indeed the legacy he has left Trump's administration. And that's fine by me. I like opinions and I like debates, and whatever our obvious political differences, I happen to think you're one of the site's more seasoned commenters who appeals to the (small) socialist in me.

But you seem to offer him (Trump) no chance, instead jumping to conclusions similarly to many others who consider their opinions 'liberal'. Not once have you scorned the deaths of the tens of thousands of innocent Muslims who have died at the hands of Obama's bombs (if you have and I can't find it, I apologise), yet you condemn Trump's partial Islamic travel prohibition. Why?

Let's not forget those who died in various countries because of America's favourite puppy dog,the UK.

That's OK though because they are the baddies.

Guest I know that Cunt

@I know that Cunt, your darling has also gone off on one like a child on twitter. He is trying to capitalise on the recent disturbance in France at the Louvre, asking America to "Get smart" in reference to throwing his toys out of his pram over his ban being deemed unconstitutional.

Maybe he needs to "Get smart" and add Egypt to his list of banned Islamic countries, as he is so concerned over a planned attack on French soil by an Egyptian. Or will he not add that country due to his own business interests and his cosy relationship with that country's leader?

You really are a stupid cunt if you think Trump is different to any other politician in history, he will sacrifice American security for his own selfish motives.

Now, fuck off.

I'm not defending Trump, why should I, I really don't give a fuck beyond finding him incredibly entertaining. Not as entertaining as watching you fucking liberal fascists getting all upset over him and his policies, now that is entertaining.

Now, fuck off you twat.

The UK has always been one of the good guys, Snatch.

I mean that the others are always the bad guys. Even if they haven't actually done anything to warrant other countries occupying them.

Tens of thousands? Obama resisted going full on into Libya and Syria despite pressure from Clinton and John Derry who were both very hawkish. That resulted in consequences but that's another debate. In answer to your question Obama's actions were motivated for geo-political reasons whereas there is strong evidence that Trump was motivated by his own racist attitudes, ignorance and political pandering to his core red-neck voter base.

Geo-political reasons? Oh well, that's all right then. It takes a lot of oil to keep all those crosses burning.

Indeed, hence my alluding to consequences (some unintentional), but its Saturday, wine o'clock is fast approaching and some punters have short attention spans. You know how it is...

Trump's 'core red-neck voter base'?

You're right. It's as though this minor demographic all of a sudden crawled out from under a rock at the thought of such a racist thug answering their prayers, laying dormant until such moment, motivating Trump in the process. They obviously shut their mouths when a black man was voted to power – twice. Perhaps they voted Trump to prevent a white woman from becoming US President, too.

You do come across as being a bit of an unwashed tofu-eater, Mrs Roops.

So far as your reference to US bombing under Obama's stewardship being 'motivated for geo-political reasons' is concerned, I'll forgive you for being drunk, and thus operating at only 95% of your usual cantankerous self. Why don't you come back for the moral high ground when you're sober?

Yeah, firstly I have gone on record as being on the right wing of the political spectrum and have always voted Conservative and am passionately pro-Brexit. Secondly, to allude that my POV is commensurate with tofu-eating, being unwashed, cantankerous and drunk (all inaccurate BTW) doesn't really help your argument. I suppose I should be grateful you didn't attempt the "time of the month" ploy. What point were you trying to make?

Correct me if I am wrong but I haven't condoned or criticised Obama for any military action during his presidential tenure. I remarked only on his reasons. Now, if Obama did not authorise the bombing for geo-political reasons, then what was his motivation? I ask 'cos you haven't stated except to question my rationale as being unduly influenced by vegetarian diet, alcohol and an aversion to soap. Afterwards we can then argue the toss apropos the US presidential elections of 2008 & 20012.

I'm out of likes, I'm afraid.

Why were you never this good when we used to have our friendly little seven page debates? If I'm being honest, I feel more than a little bit hurt and cheapened by the revelation that you weren't giving me your all.

I gave you a like and as the late Luke Swarm once commented, "a like from Mrs Roops is rarer than hen's teeth".

...So Obama is George Bush in black face is what you're trying to say... That would explain the entire decade.

Do you usually rely on women to absorb blows on your behalf before stepping in, Decs?

Certainly not this woman. If you've got a spare three hours, a dictionary, and infinite patience, trawl the archives for "exhibitionistgate" and have a read.

You'll understand that you have jumped to conclusions again.
