its strange that other good 70s comedies such as "It aint alf hot mum"  "love thy neighbour" alf garnett" and "mind your language" which actually ridiculed white attitudes to race are viewed today as racist when the reverse was quite true. (Had teenage fantasies about the actress who played French bird in mind your language)
