Currently, this country pays & cares for: 6,250 mixed race orphans; 3,110 Asian; 5,150 Black and 2,290 of other racial non-British. I really can't be arsed to look into your stats but just a cursory glance at the Christian Alliance for Orphans website does more or less agree with the 140 million orphans figure, however it does make one important qualification; that being the figure for single parent orphans. These numbers relate primarily to British citizens, not non-British, and as I mentioned elsewhere you conveniently omitted the initial statistic that 75% (53,150) of children looked after on 31st March 2016 were white.
