What really fucks me off is people who lie about professional memberships as you're deemed competent by, generally a chartered institution. It was mentioned that Andrewes had performed well in some of the jobs and had in one case slightly bettered a "qualified" candidate in one interview, which raises the question why in some case are the "qualifications needed (along with the very high salaries) for what are often posts that do not require highly qualified individuals anyway.
