I can't help feeling that a small part of the blame must go to Faye Dunaway & Warren Beatty, two Hollywood royalty luvies who should have realised that the envelope and card was for the wrong category as Emma Stone was obviously not a film producer. No doubt next year the Oscar organisers will ensure that when a coiffured botox-riddled geriatric is wheeled on to announce a winner, he/she will be accompanied by a partner who is more switched on. These rich and privileged cunts get paid very nicely indeed for doing their job and then get an award for it. By all accounts if you win an Oscar you can get paid even more.
