Tankers get filled with all sorts of products and a large portion of them cruise between factories and various depots, not to mention that there are certain distinct features of those that actually carry liquid fuels. One would perhaps want to know these things, before blissfully creating a moving queue and burning more petrol in pursuit. They can carry all sort of things from grain to flour and other dry products. Seemingly the daft cunt who spoke to the driver even told him that he should have stopped to tell them that he was not carrying petrol.
