Because they can? How cheap that Trump and May have to resort to blackmail. Law or no law, there is no room for gays in Nigeria. Period. It is the society that rejects it, not just the Jonathan and legislators. We'll rather be primitive with polygamy than be decadent with 'gay rights'. Each to their own..... lol.
