To put things into perspective with regard to her being prosecuted for treason, the Treason Act was last used to prosecute Stephen Joyce (AKA Lord Haw Haw). Unless it can be proven that she actively participated in the execution, planning or deliberate withholding of information from the authorities pertaining to acts of terrorism, that is also a non starter. She could however, be prosecuted under the Identity Documents Act of 2010 for obtaining and using the false passport which carries a maximum of 10 years but as she was a juvenile at the time, it's unlikely she would get the maximum. I predict that after she has dropped this sprog, she will be probably be taken to Turkey and interrogated by MI6 before being brought back where she will be subject to a harsh as fuck banning order while being de-programmed. Soft as fuck, yes but something tells me that the spooks are going to have a proper go at her before they sign off her ticket home and if she gives up somebody important here who has slipped through the net it might be a price worth paying.
