Witheredscrote
What a disgraceful crock of shit this is. No wonder there is a lack of community spirit in the U.K, with this bunch of cunts encouraging homeowners to up sticks every 2-3 years. When will people wake up to the fact that houses are just bricks and mortar, and that a home is important. @Eric Cuntman note that two couples are mixed race. I looked up Ape's house on their site, apparently it has gone down in price, owing to having a shit patio. Quincy, you crackhead bankrupt estate agent. I hope you're dead. Withers I have read that the ‘experts’ are expecting the market to readjust after the stamp duty holiday ends, many predict a 20% drop. I don’t care as I’m homeless, eat shit garlic breath.

I agree with the sentiments except that RTB gave many working class families their first and only chance of doing something which the middle classes took for granted. In a sense every subsequent government has been playing catch up with Thatcher and not very well # current schemes supporting first time buyers are atrociously mean and draconian as for example Shared Ownership where all the upside is shared and all the downside is born by the prisoners in their own 25%. # housing supply is strictly controlled to keep prices high for political reasons # the replacement of specialised small scale HAs and Local Authorities with mega Housing Associations has been a total disaster with a bureaucratic and management cost structure many times more than what it cost for coubcik housing and far less efficiency. # because maintenance and repairs were never kept up due to central government cuts Local Authority public housing got a well deserved bad reputation and this was reinforced by generations of right wing propaganda at all levels expounding the "virtues" of private over public # slums of the future: anybody witnessing the rebuilding of some of the run down areas of London must wonder how can this be possibly the key to happy stable communities in the future? And this applies to the neat little housing estates of a few hundred to a few thousand homes springing up all over the country - soul less, amenity less, community less, shop less, often public transport less. What the fuck? # long term environmental sustainability: just a sample of what's planned (homes thousands) ELY (9) MARCH (5) WISBECH (5) WATERBEACH (12) CAMBRIDGE NORTH (7) 38K new houses just for the East England The environmental impact, especially considering each unit will probably have one car on the drive and two parked outside, will be catastrophic. The entire current economic plan of constant population growth and market growth simply based on services is unsustainable.
