I agree with the sentiments except that RTB gave many working class families their first and only chance of doing something which the middle classes took for granted. In a sense every subsequent government has been playing catch up with Thatcher and not very well

The environmental impact, especially considering each unit will probably have one car on the drive and two parked outside, will be catastrophic. 

The entire current economic plan of constant population growth and market growth simply based on services is unsustainable.
