Rape

There's no crime quite like rape to get a hardcore feminist's gash frothing like a distempered Rottweiler. Such is their love of using it in their twisted game of gender political football, they react with apoplectic fury whenever there is the merest mention of any legal measure being adopted to ensure that a guilty verdict is the legally correct outcome of a rape trial.

From the way they kick off, you'd be forgiven for thinking that they'd advocate that the only evidence necessary to convict and ruin a man's life is some drunken slag's word.

After a number of rape cases have collapsed due to the police ignoring crucial evidence held on the "victim's" phone that then exonerated the accused, the police are now requesting that accusers of rape hand over their mobile phones in order to corroborate their version of events. This sounds entirely reasonable to me.

However, as expected, the usual suspects, i.e. bull-dykes and gender fluid freaks, have gone premenstrual about it. Civil Liberties charity Big Brother Watch have stated "Victims should not have to choose between their privacy and justice. The CPS is insisting on digital-strip searches that are unnecessary and violate their rights." Reading between the lines, what they appear to be advocating is that establishing the facts before ruining a man's life is unnecessary and that women should be totally exempt from backing up their accusations with hard evidence.

Which segues in nicely to the comments made by Rachel Krys of the End Violence Against Women Coalition, who also opposes the new measures as "We have an extremely serious problem with prosecuting rape in this country and it is a fact that most rapists get away with it." Disregarding the fact that she seems to be suggesting that even those found innocent of rape in a court have "got away with it", she also appears to be insinuating that the police should ignore any evidence that could prove a suspect innocent.

There's no other crime where higher conviction rates are fervently demanded without considering whether a suspect is actually guilty or not. Time and time again you hear from idiots like Krys that not enough men are convicted for the crime of rape, without taken into account the fact that if a man is innocent then he shouldn't be sacrificed upon the feminist altar of improving conviction statistics for the benefit of the warped sisterhood.

Get fucked (consensually).

What with the precautions and all that, where is the time for the consent forms?

I'd hate to be a single bloke nowadays, there's just so much to consider. Before you even get back to the bedroom you've got to ID the cunt, get it to sign a consent form in front of witnesses, and then fondle its crotch to make sure it's not a fucking tranny.

Let's get one thing straight at the outset. Rape is a deplorable crime and the more perpetrators that are behind bars the better. That said, you're right, a conviction of rape must be subject to the rules of evidence and be beyond reasonable doubt as it is for all other crimes. This means it will always be a difficult crime to prove, particularly when the parties are known to each other. A crime being difficult to prove is not justification to lower the standard of proof though.

The justification that is used to allow authorities watch every movement each of us makes on CCTV could, arguably, similarly apply here: If you've got nothing to hide, you've got nothing to fear.

It would also help if people that made provable false accusations, for any crime, received sentences commensurate with that received for the crime they are alleging, rather than a slap on the wrist. No false allegations means problem solved.

Jussie Smollet has proven that making serious false allegations, carries absolutely no consequences for blacks and homosexuals. And I imagine the number of white women, who have been raped by black or Asian men, who don't report it, for fear of being labelled a racist, or a Rotherham style cover up, is a frightening statistic.

You can't rape someone if you're Asian. It's not a serious sexual assault, it's just belonging to a "different culture".

Don't give Neil ideas. He'll be straight down B&Q buying medium brown wood stain.

Apparently men get raped too (usually playing a round of golf near Cheshire). It would therefore be interesting to analyse the full rape data, false accusations or otherwise, and not just treat this as a gender specific issue.

Let's be honest Droopy, in your circumstances this would be near to impossible,  what with your shit encrusted arsehole being stuck to your rusting wheelchair. Even is some peg on the nose bandit were desperate enough to try,  you would, no doubt,  stab them in the eye with your mouth typing stick. All the best, you useless spastic.  WD40  releasing oil indeed.

Harsh, but under the circumstances incredibly fair.

You seem to be the resident expert in these matters with a valid point. No doubt fine tuned by spending summer's in French port city's performing fellatio on the baguettes of Arab sailor's. Your partner in crime informs me your sphincter is never smaller than a two pound coin, and resembles a jammy Dodger in appearance!

He does Decs and also made me laugh!

If Withers has made you laugh it's time to crack open the champagne. He hasn't so much as made anyone crack a smile on here since August 2016 when he announced that he had days left to live.
