You are right about auditors signing off the accounts though.

Now, Section 55a which you now admit to know nothing about as you are involved "more on the construction side of property". Section 55a is an instrument being applied next year specifically for those involved in the "construction side of property" as allowed by the Value Added Tax Act 1994. It is proposed by HMRC that from October next year contractors will be responsible for payments for their suppliers' and sub-contractors' reverse charges. This is being enforced to prevent "missing trader fraud".

Henceforth downgrade yourself to shift chargehand (agency crew) in future fantasy narratives.
