It's not just this fucking case but the whole fucking way this country is run. From Royal Mail deliveries to "smart" motorways to pulling out of HS2 to leaning on America for our "independent" nuclear deterrent, you name it if there's a quick fix available.... And the fucker had a police warrant out on him at the time of the murders. We also know in the recent case of a domestic murder of three people the fucking police didn’t turn up for a 999 call to the house an hour before the murders happened. An American cunt who run over a womans legs in his car was fickong put on bail without his passport being confiscated and has now run off back to the States and disappeared - something after the Harry Dunn Sacoolas scandal our leaders said would never happen again. I agree that he should have faced a murder charge but it seems to be a repeat of the case in Exeter back in 2019 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-devon-50563153.amp another case where the killer was treated leniently because of mental health issues. I that case I also think that he should have been tried for murder regardless with the mental health issues being dealt with after a trial. The issue in the diminished responsibility cases is that if you pass a prison sentence the offender can appeal the conviction and a whole life sentence cannot be passed. In this case and the Exeter case the only effective way a Judge can pass a whole life sentence is to issue what this judge as done. I was watching Michael Wood's Story of India series and watching him gush about Indian civilisation with a variety of coloured scarfs round his neck hasn't changed my view is that India is just a teeming mass of people just weight of fucking bodies whereas China is an organised society with formidable talents. I do question allowing the use of the "manslaughter" charge in this context. I am sure that the charge of murder could have still be used but covered by the "dimmished responsibility".
