We have done nothing wrong, either in UK law or EU law.

If you disagree, kindly tell me your proper name and the name of this business you operate, and I will take you to court for defamation.

I will send you full details of what we disagree on, and any other information to minimise your costs and use the courts as last resort. What is the registered address of this website, please?

The Limitations Act (in the UK) requires me to do this within 12 months. I am authorised by Volkswagen AG to do this. Now we will see who is a fantasist, Madam.

Oh dear sweet fucking Christ, we're done for. My arse hasn't knitted this many buttons since Bane threatened to out me on John Craven's Newsround.

Out of interest would Volkswagen AG be happy for one of its retired "directors" to be discussing its business on a site such as this?

This butt-hurt pratt reminds me of the "Colonel", former infantry CO, hero of Tora Bora Caves, millionaire businessman, magistrate and Range Rover owner who also threatened Mssrs, Sue Grabbit & Runne.

Better be careful, people, old Billy Bullshitter was on a TV forum thread a few years back claiming to be a retired solicitor..

On a separate thread around the same time he states:

Like most posters here, we are a community. We get along together and have the intention to try and help people reading our posts.
We don't seek an argument.
If I'm wrong, I don't know what I've been doing practising as a UK solicitor this past 40 years.

He's a busy boy. It explains why he took his eye off the ball at VW.

Please, just shut up and piss off. I’ve never read as much utter fucking shit on here in my entire tenure as the fantasist drivel that pours from you.

"Mr Arkell has now, albeit belatedly, complied with the suggestion made to him at an earlier stage of the proceedings."

Do you remember him killing insurgents in Afghanistan by breaking their necks with his bare hands and saying that he heard a "click" as their bones snapped?

Now @sean5302 I have just read your comments re the TGV .. would you care to drive any TGV over any British Main line at 186mph save for HS1? Some of he original Eurostar  units were used on the East Coast main line for a few years where they were restricted to 110MPH. The HST was first introduced in 1976 and save for new engines after 30 years of use they are basically as built and are just now after 42 years being removed from 125MPH service. So badly built were they that many of them are being refurbished for potentially another 20 years of 100MPH service in Scotland and the West of England. Yes I was trusted to drive trains prior to becoming partially deaf .. however this does not mean that I ever actually attained the drivers grade.

Re engines cambelts are used rather than chain because they are a lighter and cheaper option than a chain that is up to doing the job (potentially a decent chain is far better than a cambelt). Having looked at recent Landrovers and Jags, L do not see the gaps in the panels that you mention nor am I aware of the "safety issue" that you imply .. I wonder that JLRs legal team would think of what you have said? Back to you "Colonel".

I do. "The Colonel" was the fantasist's fantasist. Aside from being a valour thief he was also sole prop of "The Ministry", aided and abetted by "Juniper", his fifteen yr. old nephew who was the site sysop who specialised in "internet security". The reality was that both characters were one and the same. Around him he had a team of admiring American and Australian Mods as British people generally saw right through him and were therefore unsuitable for protecting his reputation. His mistake was to join in the Corner's Inter-Forum Bitchfesting Board. Prior to 2014 there were two websites, The CC Posting Board and the forum which was the former's overspill site and essentially played the role that the "Open Corner" does now.

FWIW, I don't believe that Sean of Leeds and The Colonel are one and the same despite both being equally as demented as the other.

Sean has been active under the same unimaginative username on dozens of boards and forums since the early 2000's, several of which he has flounced off and/or deleted a load of posts in a big baby huff. I suppose it must be a challenge for an amateur fantasist to remember such a large number of different credentials (get a fucking password manager, Sean) but it does make his ramblings easy to track.

Last year he gave Jeffrey Archer's "A Prison Diary" a 5-star review on Ebay, citing it as a "Gripping read - I was so impressed I bought the other 2 books in the series." What's that old saying about bullshitters of a feather...

While I was on Ebay I thought I'd check out his feedback, and it's generally very good. Sadly, however, it is somewhat spoiled by the most recent comment this month from seller digitised which in a sentiment I'm sure we can all appreciate reads, "I would never do business with this prick again".

By curious coincidence I'm currently perusing Sean's travails around t'internet whilst enjoying a leisurely Saturday brunch! He certainly gets around making a nuisance of himself. Interesting to note that in 2006 he was driving around in a 1997, blue Mk3 VW Golf.  He was seeking technical help on a TDi forum. Silly me, I'd thought as a VW "Director of Engineering" he would have been swanning around in an Audi A8 or Q7 and be giving advice rather than taking it.

Have you spotted his comments on the Guardian's 2015 piece on Chinese Steel yet? (A Corner staple, and a subject close to your black Welsh heart.)

The most modern steel plants in the world are located in China, producing excellent quality.
Scunthorpe makes steel plate, for submarines and ships.
The article is devoid of facts.

I hadn't seen it till you pointed it out. Sean is a veritable Victor Meldrew. He did score one victory in obtaining a respectable sum from a retailer over a faulty tin of dog food. I kid you not. I bring that up as he sought advice from a consumers rights forum which I thought strange considering his 40 years experience as a lawyer.

@Monumental cunt, apparently  @sean5302 has written a review on a Hi-Fi bores website. You two should really, really meet up and hang out together. Maybe both of you could plot and plan a class action suit for denying your human right to anonymously articulate fantasies on a Bitch & Moan website?

He spent 6 months pursuing an obsessional claim against a stack 'em high warehouse retailer which saw him pocket a massive £150, a mere £10 profit given various fees and travel and other expenses. At the risk of being hoist with my own petard, this cunt has way too much time on his hands.
